Why we are looking for you

As our B2B Customer Support Manager (f/m/d), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our campsite partners, delivering an exceptional support experience. In this role, you will guarantee a seamless partner journey by managing inquiries and efficiently coordinating internal processes. You will guide our partners to ensure that operational questions are resolved quickly and reliably. To tackle all operational challenges, you will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Data, Connectivity, and Finance.

What you can expect

  • Partner Support: You act as the first point of contact for campsite partners across Europe and manage their inquiries via email, phone and digital channels.

  • Solution Management: You identify and resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal teams when further support is needed.

  • Partner Onboarding: You actively support new partners after contract signature and guide them through the onboarding process until they are live on our platform.

  • CRM Documentation: You document partner communication, open topics and relevant updates in our CRM system.

What you should bring

  • Professional Experience: You bring a significant track record in B2B customer support or the like.

  • Language Skills: A full professional proficiency in German and English (C1/B2) is mandatory for this role, both written and spoken. Dutch and/or French would be a plus.

  • Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and confidently with external partners and internal teams.

  • Digital Affinity: You are comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems and backend platforms. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Industry Affinity: Ideally, you have an interest in camping, travel or digital platforms.
